Location and working arrangement

  • The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and the working arrangement is on-site.

Role overview

Support business development, technical sales, and project execution in the electrical power sector.

Develop project opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, support tendering, and coordinate project execution.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant electrical-power sales experience.
  • Sales experience with some listed products: MV/LV switchgear, substations, transformers, AC/DC systems, transmission and distribution, or power generation.
  • Good understanding of electrical power systems, protection and control systems, and related solutions.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, client relationship management, business development, and sales capabilities.

Preferred qualification

  • Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop sales and project opportunities and promote relevant electrical power systems and solutions.
  • Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals; support tender reviews and submissions.
  • Coordinate and support electrical power project execution and work with technical, commercial, and project teams.
  • Develop client relationships, understand technical requirements, recommend solutions, and support commercial negotiations.
  • Contribute to business development and sales growth in the electrical power sector.
