Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
Generate leads and handle high-value property inquiries from clients.
Present and promote properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers effectively.
Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends and RERA regulations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
& Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in UAE.
Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong ability to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team.
& Benefits
