About the Role
We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Sales Director to lead and scale our Secondary Market division in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving overall sales performance, expanding market presence, leading high-performing sales teams, and developing long-term business growth strategies.
This role requires exceptional leadership, deep expertise in Dubai’s secondary real estate market, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding commercial results.
This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for shaping the strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial success of the Secondary Market division.
The Sales Director will play a critical role in driving organizational growth, strengthening market positioning, and building a high-performance sales culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the Secondary Market division in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers and a large team of property consultants to maximize performance and productivity.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development, market expansion, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within Dubai’s secondary real estate sector.
- Set departmental KPIs, sales targets, and performance benchmarks while ensuring accountability across teams.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention strategies for top sales talent.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and senior leadership teams to optimize lead generation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide strategic reports, forecasts, and recommendations to executive management.
- Lead negotiations on major transactions and support the closing of high-value deals.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Dubai real estate, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within the secondary market.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful real estate sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, processes, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong network within the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
