About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Director who can build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role—you will be responsible for setting strategy, hiring the right people, and driving revenue from day one.
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify high-value market segments (residential, off-plan, luxury, etc.)
- Drive consistent revenue growth and pipeline development
2. Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents
- Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs
- Coach and mentor agents to improve closing rates and client handling
- Build a scalable team structure for future growth
3. Process & Systems Setup
- Implement sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting structures
- Define lead management workflows and conversion strategies
- Ensure proper tracking of leads, deals, and agent performance
4. Partnerships & Business Development
- Build relationships with developers, property owners, and key stakeholders
- Secure exclusive listings and partnerships where possible
- Collaborate with marketing to generate high-quality leads
5. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Provide insights to guide product positioning and pricing strategy
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in a leadership role (Sales Manager / Director level)
- Strong network within the real estate market (developers, brokers, investors)
- Experience building or scaling a sales team is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of local real estate regulations and market dynamics
