Overview
DECA Properties is hiring experienced
Sales Directors
to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are looking for strong, target-driven real estate sales leaders with solid developer-side experience, a proven track record, and an active agency network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales performance for DECA Properties projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and brokers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize conversions
- Conduct project presentations and support agency-led sales activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demand
- Ensure consistent follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of developer-side real estate sales experience
- Proven sales track record is mandatory
- Strong and active network of agencies and brokers
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Experience in off-plan sales is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets
- Professional communication and presentation skills
