Sales Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Process spare-parts and supplier enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Prepare quotations for spare parts, workshop services, and onboard services under company guidelines.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, and freight companies to support timely delivery.
• Manage spare-parts and engine-component orders throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery schedules with Product Headquarters.
• Monitor delivery dates for customer sales orders.
• Analyze sales activity and customer enquiries and prepare periodic reports.
• Maintain order, transaction, and supporting documentation records.
• Respond to customer enquiries with order-related updates.
• Visit customers in the assigned sales region when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Experience in spare-parts sales or a related technical sales environment.
• Good understanding of engines and engine components.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and related sales/order management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Business-level written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in marine, power, or heavy engineering is preferred.
• Experience coordinating international spare-parts logistics and freight is preferred.
• Knowledge of PrimeServ Shop or similar service management systems is preferred.
