Tasks

Process spare-parts enquiries by requesting supplier information, preparing customer offers, and creating supplier purchase orders.
Process service-related spare-parts orders and engine components.
Prepare sales quotations for workshop, onboard service, and spare parts in accordance with company compliance guidelines.
Follow up and coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to support timely delivery of spare parts and engine components.
Coordinate with Everllence product headquarters.
Analyze sales activities and customer enquiries and prepare periodic reports.
Visit customers in the sales region when required.
Ensure quotations are prepared accurately and on time.
Follow up with freight companies and monitor sales-order delivery dates in coordination with product headquarters.
Check and book job-related travel expenses.
Maintain accurate transaction records and handle miscellaneous customer queries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; an engineering degree is preferred.
