Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, and the ability to join immediately.
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in sales and customer support are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
- Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and issue Proforma Invoices (PI).
- Share catalogues, price lists, product updates, and promotional offers with customers periodically.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, stock availability, deliveries, and shipments.
- Maintain regular communication with retailers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and update sales reports using Excel.
- Create basic presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Assist in preparing quotations and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor stock movement and inform the sales team about fast-moving or low-stock items.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, finance, warehouse, and management teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
