About This Role
Overview
- We are looking for a sales coordinator who can join immediatly
- Preparation and submission of Commercial proposal in accordance to client requests/requirements/BOQs/RFQs/Tenders.
- Coordination with suppliers to get prices and stock availability for the proposals being prepared.
- Maintainin sales related files such as: Commercial and Technical Proposals, Costing Sheets, LPOs, Supplier Quotes, Project Contracts.
- Responsible to verify the Purchase Order’s Issued by Client in compliance with agreed prices and payment terms and share signed copies with clients
- Management of client and supplier portal registrations.
- Responding to queries received via call and email and coordinating with the Sales/Project in charge to finalize the BOQs and requirements.
- Informing the team of orders received if the order is sent directly to the Sales Coordinator.
- Coordination with the internal team about proposals and sales related information.
- Evaluating and detail checking of Client’s background, Credit Worthiness and documenting all evidence
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
