- SD CEILINGS is a supplier and manufacturer of architectural ceiling and lighting systems in the UAE.
- We work with architects, interior designers, fit-out contractors, developers, and private clients on residential and commercial projects across the UAE & GCC.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communication-oriented specialist who will become one of the main points of contact between our company and potential clients.
This role is extremely important because all first impressions about SD CEILINGS will often start with your communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and Google Maps
- Maintain professional communication and create a positive client experience
- Support sales managers with client coordination and follow-ups
- Manage CRM records and track communication history
- Coordinate meetings, sample deliveries, and internal follow-ups
- Respond to social media comments and direct messages
- Learn SD CEILINGS products and confidently guide clients
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong business communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Google Drive
- Fast learner with strong self-learning ability
- Professional, proactive, and responsible attitude
- Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage
