Overview
- Support the sales team in preparing freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents for rates and shipment updates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding inquiries, shipment status, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and process sales-related documents, contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with operations and customs clearance teams to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle administrative support for the sales department.
