Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant inquiries and rental leads; list properties and maintain accurate inventory.
• Schedule and conduct viewings, and coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
• Track leads and update CRM records; prepare leasing agreements and related documentation.
• Follow company policies and compliance procedures.
• Generate new leasing business through cold calling and outbound activity.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of leasing or real estate experience in Qatar.
• Valid QID, valid Qatar driving license, and own vehicle; must currently be based in Qatar.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Target-driven mindset and strong self-management skills.

Compensation and support

• Commission-based role with a competitive percentage of up to 60%.
• Visa sponsorship is offered after probation.
• Full-time administrative and marketing support and access to a high-quality lead database.
