Sales role focused on generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings; generate leads and convert prospects.
- Build client relationships, assess requirements, and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations; negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain sales records, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and report performance to management.
- Coordinate onboarding and service delivery with internal teams; monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous sales, business development, or client relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong presentation, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a target-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
- UAE sales experience and an existing professional network are advantageous.
