SMS Realty is hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai.
The role focuses on connecting clients with properties, building relationships, and closing property deals.
What you’ll do
- Build and grow a client portfolio through networking, calls, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell off-plan and secondary-market properties from developers across Dubai.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and provide expert advice and personalized property recommendations.
- Stay current on market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from property viewings to deal closure.
- Coordinate with developers, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders to support transactions.
- Track performance and continually optimize sales approaches.
Candidate requirements
- Proven sales experience is required, and real estate experience in Dubai is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Real estate experience of one to two years is preferred.
- The employer seeks a confident, motivated, results-driven candidate.
