Sales responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations; negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate lead, client-interaction, follow-up, and sales-activity records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams on client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities; report sales performance to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong convincing, presentation, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, not mandatory.
- UAE sales experience and an existing professional network are advantageous, not mandatory.
Compensation
- The description lists pay of AED 2,500–6,700 per month and a competitive salary package.
- Performance-based incentives and commission are subject to company policy.
