Company Formation Consultant role advising clients on establishing businesses in the UAE.
The role manages client relationships from inquiry through company incorporation.
Responsibilities
- Advise on UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore business setup options and explain licensing, visa, banking, and compliance requirements.
- Consult with Russian- and English-speaking clients and manage incorporation from inquiry through license issuance.
- Coordinate with UAE authorities, free zones, banks, and service providers; prepare, review, and submit registration documents.
- Maintain client records and CRM updates, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into registrations.
- Support visa processing, license renewals, amendments, and compliance matters; stay current on regulations and setup trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in UAE company formation, business setup, corporate services, or related consultancy.
- Strong understanding of UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore registration procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, plus strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Arabic is an advantage; an existing network in the Russian-speaking business community is preferred.
- Experience with UAE visa processing and corporate banking assistance is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE corporate tax and compliance requirements is preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive fixed salary, commission structure, and performance bonuses are listed.
- Pay range is AED 2,000–8,800 per month.
- UAE employment benefits are stated as provided in accordance with labor law.
Workplace
