Role Overview
Lead a team of Credit Card and Personal Loan Sales Executives.
Drive sales performance, coach team members, ensure compliance, and achieve monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 8–15 Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly Credit Card and Personal Loan sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor daily activity, productivity, and pipeline management.
- Conduct sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Sales Executives.
- Ensure applications meet bank documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Manage bank representative and channel partner relationships.
- Resolve customer escalations and support complex case closures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain team engagement and follow banking regulations and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE banking sales experience, including at least 1 year in a Team Leader role.
- Proven Credit Card and Personal Loan sales experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE banking products, KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
