Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our LEGO retail team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and an interest in creative play and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to all store visitors
- Assist customers in selecting LEGO products suited to their needs
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Promote ongoing offers, events, and new product launches
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Create a fun and interactive shopping environment for children and families
