Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Retail Sales Executive** to join our perfume retail outlet.
The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting fragrances, provide excellent service, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a professional store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing perfumes based on their preferences and needs.
- Recommend fragrances by explaining scent notes, longevity, and brand features.
- Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell perfumes, gift sets, and related products.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low inventory.
- Handle billing, cash/card payments, and POS transactions accurately.
- Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and retail policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in **retail sales, perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products** is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets in a retail environment.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per hour
