Role Overview
Vindico Retail is looking for four enthusiastic and culturally plugged-in Fashion Sales associates to join the Soulland flagship store team at Dubai Hills Mall.
These roles are the heartbeat of the store — the people who greet, engage, and genuinely connect with Soulland's community of customers every single day.
The ideal candidate doesn't need to be the most experienced person in the room — they need to be the most authentic.
Someone who walks in already understanding what Soulland represents, who wears the culture, lives the aesthetic, and can make every customer feel seen, welcomed, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain Soulland's global VM guidelines at Dubai Hills store at all times
- Produce and update weekly floor plan mapping — product placement, mannequins, focal points
- Lead all seasonal changeovers and promotional display changes
- Conduct daily VM walk at store open and store close — correct any deviations immediately
- Train all SAs on daily VM maintenance standards so the floor is maintained every shift
- Photograph store daily — morning and post-peak — and send to Retail Ops Lead weekly
- Collaborate with SM on new delivery placement — product on floor within same day as receipt
- Support inventory by flagging slow-moving products that need repositioning to drive sales
Sales
- Deliver a confident, informed, and premium customer experience on the floor at all times
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to store conversion and UPT goals
- Maintain deep product knowledge across all categories — able to style and cross-sell naturally
- Support stock replenishment and ensure the floor is always full, folded, and shoppable
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures as required by the Store Manager
Performance KPIs
- VM compliance score — minimum 90% on weekly VM audit
- Time to floor for new deliveries — same day as receipt, 100%
- Seasonal changeover completion — within agreed deadline, 100%
- SA VM standard compliance — all SAs score 80%+ on VM knowledge check
- Individual sales target achievement — monthly
- Customer conversion contribution — tracked via store KPI dashboard
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in fashion retail, with hands-on VM responsibility
- Strong portfolio of previous VM work — required at interview
- Proven ability to sell in a premium or contemporary fashion environment
- Able to balance floor presence with VM upkeep throughout the trading day
- Able to work independently and manage own time without supervision
- Physical role — comfortable with lifting, ladder use, mannequin dressing
- Creative eye with commercial instinct — understands what drives sell-through
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
