Role Description
The Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The individual will be responsible for sales, listing, and leasing real estate properties, engaging with potential residents, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
include conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, administering lease agreements, and providing expert advice to clients.
The role also involves delivering outstanding customer service and supporting resident retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration processes
- Strong Customer Service and Resident Retention skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and meet client needs
