Sales and Business Development Executive
About This Role
Job Overview:
SaveFast Training Academy is looking for a motivated, well-presented, and professional Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic, a strong background in sales, and the ability to build relationships across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s range of professional training services. You must be knowledgeable about your assigned market and confident in presenting solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform consultative sales with B2B, B2C, and B2G clients in assigned industries and regions.
- Promote and sell the company’s training products to new and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional sales pitches and presentations.
- Apply effective negotiation and deal-closure techniques.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure pre-sales and post-sales satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and follow sales processes diligently.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates.
- Support accounts receivable follow-up and ensure timely payment collections.
- Keep informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and client engagements.
- Practice excellent customer service and uphold the company’s values in all communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in training, education, or services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic, Urdu/Hindi a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Solid understanding of B2B and/or B2C selling techniques.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- UAE Driver’s License and own car is a Plus.
