Fire Safety & HSE Trainer

**Employment Type:** Freelance / Part-Time / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Fire Safety and HSE training programs through classroom, virtual, and blended learning methods.
• Conduct courses such as Fire Warden, Fire Marshal, Basic Fire Safety, First Aid, and general HSE programs.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, local authority requirements, and awarding body guidelines.
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and training reports.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

& Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Health & Safety, Fire Engineering, or a related field.
• Recognized Fire Safety and HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred).
• Fire Safety Trainer / Train the Trainer certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Fire Safety and HSE roles.
• Proven experience delivering professional training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office and online training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS).
