About This Role

Are you interested in the engine that drives business growth? Save Fast Training Academy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Intern to join our team in Dubai. This role is a critical link between our marketing efforts and our sales success. You will manage our digital lead ecosystem, ensuring that every B2B and B2C opportunity is cleaned, qualified, and routed to the right expert. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in Sales Operations, Marketing, or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Validation: Review, clean, and validate incoming leads from various digital channels to ensure data accuracy.
  • Qualification: Apply specific criteria to filter and segment leads (B2B and B2C) based on their readiness and potential value.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM systems with structured information, ensuring the sales team has the best data to work with.
  • Funnel Coordination: Distribute qualified leads into the appropriate sales funnels and assign them to the relevant sales personnel.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Track lead flow, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to make our pipeline more efficient.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to align on lead quality and conversion feedback.

Requirements

  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of information without errors.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess information quickly and categorize it based on defined business rules.
  • Technical Basics: Familiarity with Excel and a general understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Communication: Strong coordination skills to act as a bridge between different internal departments.
  • Process-Driven: Comfortable following structured workflows while maintaining a proactive mindset for process improvement.

Preferred Profile

  • Background in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in sales operations, customer acquisition, and digital marketing funnels.
  • A reliable, self-motivated individual who can manage tasks independently.
