Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, sales reports, and customer databases.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and sales trends across different segments and markets.
• Insight Generation: Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities within customer behavior and purchasing trends.
• Visualization: Develop dashboards, reports, and clear visualizations to present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Strategic Support: Support the team in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning).
• Data Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into structured business insights.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and organizational tasks.
• Communication: Ability to present findings clearly and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Profile

• Background in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
