Support sales operations for an exclusive private community and golf club in Dubai.
Discovery Land Company develops and operates private residential club communities and resorts; Discovery Dunes is described as Dubai’s first private golf residential community.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
- Serve as a point of contact for potential buyers and members, answering inquiries and providing information about the community and club.
- Maintain and update CRM and customer databases, ensuring records are accurate and complete.
- Schedule appointments, tours, and meetings for the sales team and potential buyers.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events and open houses.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales support or an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Middle East real estate experience is critical, including familiarity with RERA, DLD, escrow, and EJARI processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
- Thorough understanding of local jurisdictional laws as applied to real estate development.
- Must be bilingual; the required languages are not specified.
