Leads housekeeping operations and sets service standards across the golf course, community areas, and member amenities.
The manager is responsible for ensuring spaces reflect Discovery Dunes' standards and supporting members' everyday experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end housekeeping operations across public areas, amenities, and back-of-house spaces.
- Manage laundry and linen inventory, vendors, and quality control.
- Lead, train, and schedule the housekeeping team.
- Conduct daily inspections and quality audits.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and budget tracking.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Golf, Facilities, and Events departments.
Skills and qualifications
- Five to eight years of housekeeping experience, including at least two to three years in a leadership role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or high-end communities is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated environments.
- Collaborative team player able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
