Create a personalized and elevated shopping experience for Discovery Dunes members and guests within its golf community.
What you’ll do
- Deliver personalized service and build relationships with members and guests.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, styling advice and understanding golfers’ needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising and an inviting retail environment.
- Support POS transactions, merchandise receiving, stock management and inventory control.
- Monitor product performance and stock levels and share insights for sales and purchasing decisions.
- Support golf retail events, activations and special orders.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
- Golf, luxury, boutique or lifestyle retail experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills and ability to engage customers and drive sales.
- Attention to detail, visual merchandising awareness and a proactive, commercially minded team approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
