The Sales Administrator supports clients and the sales team through property enquiries, sales transactions, documentation, and handover coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries from phone, email, social media, and other channels, and provide service throughout the sales journey.
- Qualify and follow up with leads, support conversion to property sales, and coordinate meetings, presentations, consultations, and site visits.
- Support the sales cycle from initial enquiry through booking, documentation, and handover.
- Prepare quotations, reservation forms, agreements, contracts, and related sales documents accurately and on time.
- Maintain CRM records and sales information; monitor sales activity, prepare reports, and update management.
- Coordinate transaction processing with Marketing, Finance, and Administration, and ensure documents follow company procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Administration role within Dubai real estate.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, and client consultations.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
