Experienced CRM Executive role supporting a real estate development sales team.
The listing states a monthly pay range of AED 1–2 and requires in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily CRM operations and Zoho data; build and maintain real estate sales pipelines.
- Assign leads to agents by rules and priorities; ensure timely follow-up by calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Monitor lead status to prevent opportunity leakage; create reports and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate marketing and sales teams and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support automation such as reminders, alerts, and automatic lead assignment.
Requirements
- Proven Zoho CRM experience and experience in real estate developer operations.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and ability to manage CRM pipelines and workflows.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Real estate brokerage or developer-company experience; knowledge of Bayut or Property Finder is listed as an additional qualification.
- Experience improving lead conversion through CRM optimization.
- The listing states two years of real estate law experience as required.
Pay
- Pay listed as AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
