Key responsibilities
- Support administration and operational management of assigned jointly owned properties and community areas.
- Ensure compliance with applicable jointly owned property laws, association rules, declarations, community management statements, and governance procedures.
- Coordinate day-to-day community matters with owners, residents, board members, and service providers.
- Prepare and issue notices, agendas, minutes, circulars, and other community correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain records of contracts, approvals, insurance documents, complaints, inspections, correspondence, and governance documentation.
- Assist in organizing annual general meetings, board meetings, committee meetings, and other stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with facilities management and contractors to address maintenance issues, service deficiencies, and community enhancements.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in owners’ association, community management, property management, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of jointly owned property governance, community operations, and stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of service charge budgeting, basic financial reporting, and contract administration.
Pay
- AED 7,000–AED 10,000 per month.
