Client relations role serving clients throughout property ownership.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships throughout the property ownership journey.
- Serve as the primary client contact and communicate in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Handover, Property Management, and Legal to resolve requests.
- Manage inquiries, requests, and complaints; track cases through resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Update clients on project progress, payment milestones, handover timelines, and company updates.
- Report customer feedback, service performance, and recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Support customer experience initiatives and service quality standards.
- Follow company policies and UAE regulations in client interactions.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
Requirements
- Experience with a real estate developer or broker is required, as stated in the source title.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and manage inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Ability to maintain accurate client records and documentation in a CRM system.
- Ability to coordinate client matters with internal departments and follow cases through resolution.
- Ensure client interactions comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
