Lead the CRM team, oversee sales operations, and manage customer relationships throughout the property sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM team and oversee daily sales support operations.
- Manage lead allocation, pipeline tracking, customer enquiries, and post-sales follow-ups.
- Oversee bookings, sales offers, inventory updates, sales documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle customer disputes and coordinate legal cases with legal counsel and relevant departments.
- Manage and optimize the in-house CRM system with technical teams, including improvements and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and train teams on CRM processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of CRM experience in real estate; property developer experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in team management, sales operations, and legal case coordination.
- Hands-on experience with in-house CRM systems; Zoho CRM or Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability required.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 15,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
