Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced Sales Admin (Quotations & Pricing) to support pre-sales operations through effective management of quotations, pricing, order processing, supplier coordination, and commercial sales documentation.
The role serves as a key support function for the sales team, ensuring pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate quotation preparation, pricing administration, sales order processing, and related sales support activities.
- Maintain supplier pricing records, product databases, pricing structures, and sales price lists while ensuring quotation and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding pricing, quotations, product information, availability, and order requirements.
- Monitor quotation status, customer follow-ups, pricing updates, sales reports, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain technical submittals, catalogues, commercial documentation, and quotation-related records.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding pricing, stock availability, deliveries, and sample requests.
- Maintain accurate ERP and CRM records while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency.
Skills And Attributes Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales administration with strong hands-on experience in quotation preparation, pricing administration, and sales order processing.
- Strong knowledge of quotation management, pricing administration, supplier coordination, and commercial sales documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Experience working with ERP systems, databases, and business reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and work effectively within a fast-paced commercial environment.
