Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in ERP or accounting system sales
  • **Proven experience in lead generation (very important)**
  • through multiple channels (field visits, cold outreach, networking, etc.)
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch, not rely on inbound leads
  • Strong closing skills and ability to hit revenue targets
  • Experience with SME clients, in KSA
  • Comfortable conducting
  • field visits for lead generation
  • **Ability to reach decision-makers and create interest in the product**
  • **Experience in upselling and growing existing accounts**
  • **Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management**
  • **Strong communication skills (Arabic + basic English)**

Partner & Agent Experience

  • Ability to onboard and activate partners.
  • Track partner performance and drive revenue through them.
  • Support partners in closing deals.

Requirements

  • :
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Saudi Nationality
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Software (ERP) background/ previous experience is highly preferred.
  • Fast learner.
  • Target & Result oriented (dealt with huge targets before) is a MUST
  • Very good English skills.
  • Presentation, Negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good listener.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
