About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our IT System Integration team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, driving new business opportunities, and positioning a wide portfolio of IT solutions including networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and data center technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Identify new business opportunities across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and networking domains
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, IT Managers, and procurement teams
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and vendors to design tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution selling, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate with vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, etc.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM systems
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in IT sales / system integration / solution selling
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, security, servers, virtualization, cloud)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in enterprise B2B environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong vendor management and channel partner experience
Preferred Skills
- Certifications from vendors (Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
- Experience working in large system integrators or VARs
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise architecture
- Experience in public sector, enterprise, or regulated industries
