Role Description

The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving revenue growth and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs in information security and managed services.

The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with technical and support teams to deliver high-quality service.

The Sales Account Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Account Management experience, including managing key accounts, renewals, and upselling or cross-selling solutions.
  • Lead Generation and prospecting skills to identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical, operations, and support teams to address client requirements.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving technologies and client needs.
