Role Description
The Information Technology Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Tech Fortress’s information security, managed services, and SaaS offerings.
Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
The specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Tech Fortress in the market.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in IT Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Information Technology, particularly information security, managed services, and SaaS solutions.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and managing renewals or upsell opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the Dubai and wider GCC market, including local business practices and regulations, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused and ethical sales approach.
