Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Dubai.

The primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, driving lead generation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Sales Account Manager will also act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Experience with Lead Generation and the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Experience in IT solutions or information security sales is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a team-based environment
