Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Manager.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Core responsibilities

include managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to represent Tech Fortress with professionalism and strategic insight.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic business plans
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Information Security, IT Managed Services, SaaS solutions, or related technology products
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience working within the IT or technology sector is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
