Role Description
This is a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist - Arabic Speaker role based in Dubai, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Arabic and English channels, including social media, email marketing, search, and display.
Responsibilities include creating and localizing content for Arabic-speaking audiences, managing social media profiles, coordinating online promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
The role involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.
The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align digital initiatives with business goals in information security and IT services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and engagement for Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to measure performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels.
- Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within technology, cybersecurity, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
