Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Lead negotiations and close software deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand the full software sales lifecycle and apply a process-driven approach.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management or software sales.
- Negotiation and strong sales closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of closing software deals.
- Understanding of the software sales lifecycle.
- Process-driven approach to sales and account management.
- Bilingual communication.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
