The RPA Business Systems Analyst supports IT systems, automation platforms, secure access, and production operations.
The posting requests an onshore Toronto resource.
Key responsibilities
- Provision RPA bots in development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage user provisioning, entitlement reviews, and service accounts in Active Directory and ACF2.
- Monitor UiPath and Blue Prism, analyze logs, and resolve discrepancies.
- Configure non-personal IDs, virtual machines, firewall access, and application access.
- Support automation solution development, testing, and deployment; coordinate secure access through Jira.
- Review workflows against IT policies, SDLC procedures, and user requirements.
- Oversee testing and production debug sessions to maintain system integrity.
- Track operational issues and escalate unresolved or complex incidents to L2/L3 support.
Required skills and preferences
- Business systems analysis, user provisioning and access management, Active Directory, ACF2, Jira, SDLC, testing and validation, production support, incident management, and system administration are listed as required skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and ability to work under tight deadlines are specified.
- Prior RPA or UiPath experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- An intermediate-level consultant is preferred.
