Qualifications
- Project and systems analysis experience.
- Agile project experience.
- Experience with business rules and data models or mapping.
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
- Experience diagramming activity, sequence, and data-flow processes using Visio.
- Experience understanding databases, executing queries, and reading basic Java code.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with business and internal stakeholder groups and provide technical leadership with partners and stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and validate current-state technology capabilities and ecosystems; support future-state solution design.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including non-functional requirements.
- Manage requirements traceability through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Promote innovation using subject-matter expertise and forward-looking ideas.
- Support implementation and post-implementation activities.
- Participate in quality reviews of designs and prototypes.
