Role overview
The IAM Analyst role focuses on segregation of duties, identity governance, and access controls.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and validate SoD rules, policies, conflict matrices, violations, and remediation activities.
- Gather RBAC requirements covering business and IT roles, entitlement mapping, role hierarchy, and access models; validate assignments and their impact on SoD controls.
- Onboard SailPoint applications and connectors, including aggregation, correlation, account management, and entitlement verification.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, configurations, and custom scripts; execute functional, integration, regression, RBAC, and SoD testing.
- Validate source-to-SailPoint data; reconcile accounts and entitlements; analyze violations and support remediation and exception management.
- Prepare SoD, RBAC, QA, onboarding, and management reports; collaborate with technical teams, business owners, and compliance stakeholders.
Required skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Skills in IGA, SoD, RBAC, application connector onboarding, and SailPoint rules, workflows, and configurations.
- Java or BeanShell development, SQL, QA and testing, account and entitlement reconciliation, IAM reporting and analytics, and JIRA.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
