Delano Dubai is seeking Rooms Interns to gain hands-on experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel.
The internship offers exposure to hotel operations and guest service; possible start date is February 2027.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests and support memorable arrival and departure experiences.
- Gain exposure to Front Office, Guest Relations, and other Rooms operations, depending on departmental requirements.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, enquiries, and daily operations under team guidance.
- Learn and apply service standards; develop understanding of guest preferences, hotel facilities, and personalised service.
- Support guest requests and help ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Collaborate across hotel departments and maintain professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Participate in training and development opportunities during the internship.
Candidate qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations, and exceptional guest experiences; positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Strong English communication skills; Russian, French, or German proficiency is an asset.
- Warm, confident, approachable, enjoys working with people, and works well in a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service.
- Flexible to work different shifts in line with hotel operations.
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
Internship experience
- Gain practical experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel and exposure to international hospitality standards and Rooms operations.
- Receive guidance, coaching, and mentorship from experienced hospitality professionals.
- Develop confidence, communication, problem-solving, and guest service knowledge.
