Role overview
Restaurant Supervisor at Tutto Passa supports the restaurant leadership team and daily operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The role leads from the floor and aims to deliver warm, energetic, personalized service inspired by Italian hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and service standards; lead floor teams and support smooth service and guest engagement.
- Support à la carte lunch and dinner service, including pacing, table management, and attention to detail.
- Brief the team on reservations, VIPs, menu updates, and service priorities; coach team members during service.
- Maintain menu, beverage, and product knowledge; support recommendations and upselling; coordinate with Culinary and Bar teams.
- Build guest relationships, respond to feedback and requests, and support opening and closing procedures and inventory.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous Restaurant Supervisor or senior service professional experience in a luxury hotel, lifestyle property, or elevated restaurant.
- Strong à la carte experience and understanding of service sequence and floor operations.
- Italian or Mediterranean restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Confident, engaging, hands-on leadership, strong communication, and food and beverage knowledge.
- Fluent English; Italian, Russian, or additional languages are an advantage.
