A store-team role advising customers on Rituals products and helping create a memorable shopping experience.
Works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager toward personal and store goals.

Customer experience and sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Advise and demonstrate products according to the Rituals Feel-Good Experience and styling guidelines.
- Conduct customer sales transactions accurately and work toward individual goals and shop KPIs.
- Communicate the brand and its product philosophy to customers.
Store operations and teamwork
- Follow store operational and safety procedures.
- Handle stock deliveries properly and keep the shop and stockroom clean and organized.
- Collaborate with colleagues toward shared goals and complete online training on new initiatives and commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve personal performance.
Qualifications and experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in retail or the beauty industry.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with different audiences.
- Motivated to achieve results, take action, and collaborate with others.
