Role overview
The Rituals Advisor is part of the store team and advises customers on products suited to their needs.
The role aims to provide a meaningful shopping experience and meet shop targets through the Rituals Feel Good Experience and daily store operations.
The advisor reports to the Assistant Shop Manager or Shop Manager and works with the shop team.
Store responsibilities
- Achieve individual goals that contribute to shop KPIs and process sales transactions accurately.
- Follow store safety procedures and handle stock deliveries properly.
- Keep the shop and stockroom clean and organized according to visual merchandising standards.
Customer and team responsibilities
- Advise and demonstrate products according to Rituals styling guidelines and the Feel Good Experience.
- Know the products and services, and complete online training on new initiatives and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with teammates, remain flexible, and identify ways to improve personal performance.
Job qualifications
- At least two years of relevant experience in retail or the beauty industry.
- Build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with different audiences.
- Be adaptable, results-driven, action-oriented, and collaborative.
