Risk Executive (Night shifts required)

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time trading activity, client exposure, and overall risk levels across FX, commodities, indices, and other asset classes
• Analyze client positions to identify abnormal trading patterns, high-risk behavior, and potential market abuse
• Manage and hedge exposure by coordinating with liquidity providers and internal dealing desks
• Ensure accurate allocation of trades between A-book and B-book strategies based on risk appetite
• Monitor margin levels and take appropriate action to mitigate potential losses
• Investigate discrepancies in PnL, swaps, spreads, and execution quality
• Work closely with Operations and IT teams to resolve platform and execution-related issues
• Maintain risk reports, dashboards, and daily summaries for senior management
• Assist in improving risk management tools, systems, and processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments (FX experience preferred)
• Prior experience in risk management, trading operations, or dealing desk environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Good understanding of order flow, liquidity providers, and trade lifecycle
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is preferred
